I'll contact reallusion, I have no way of telling if the download is bad, I tried testing and it says it's already in my inventory, and doesn't allow me to download. I've had issues recently too on similar issues for something I'm trying to download. Can you please contact them as well so they can help us both figure out whats going wrong and how to fix it ? ~Ricky
