Hi, I am wanting to purchase the 'Broadcast Studios' but it only has the option for the icontent and not one for Export. Is there any way to adjust this as it is something that I am interested in buying but will need to upload to Youtube. Thanks!

If you are using it in a video that you are uploading the video to You Tube, then an export license is not needed. If you are wanting to export the props into another format (such as fbx, obj, etc) for use in a program other than iClone, then you need an export license.

Happy New Year GrannyJ!! I hope that it has been a pleasant one for you thus far! So, we're in the Reallusion Forums discussing a possible WALTER PINHEAD comeback. LOL I mentioned that I wouldn't mind taking a stab at it.
With this in mind, I am already crafting a script for him. Researching the Forums, YouTube, and other resources, I have come across an item that only YOU created dealing with the Pinhead Family Tree...GRETCHEN PINHEAD!

The fingernails are for G5 characters & in iC7, when using a G5 character the accessory comes in as it should. If used for G6 or later characters, you will have to reposition the fingernails. They are iC5 .iAcc files & are not props.

In most packs, generally, the answer is yes. Select the prop in your scene manager, in the modify panel (with the prop selected) click the "detach" button under the Attach section; then with the prop selected in your scene manager, save it to your custom inventory folder. You can then bring the individual prop into any scene. If you are having a specific issue with a specific prop, email me directly to grannyj@grannyjs3dattic.com

If you do not use the default folders for your iClone content on Drive C:(as in the paths listed in the error), then you manually must move the video files to those folders. If you can't find the video bump maps, email me at grannyj@grannyjs3dattic.com & I will send you a link to download them.

I am trying to find out...What program did you use to make you gingerbread house. I have been using Iclone for years and I still can't figure out what vendors are using to make their props. I use sketchup...And have imported props easily into iclone. But I see nobody markets sketchup models. That is the only program I am familiar with for iclone props. Please if you have any recommendations for a stranger. I would love some insight! Thankyou

Purchased the background audience package. Followed the instructions...changed the files extension to ".WMV" but it still bombs. Doesn't work. Obviously then, there is something else that needs to be done to make it work. And yes, I am using iclone 5.5.

The folks at RL are aware that mirror planes do not work in iClone6. Until the iC6 application is updated to accommodate mirror planes, they will only work in iClone 5.

I purchased the Background Theater, and I switched the .ipro ext to wmv, now I installed my iClone a separate driver othern the C drive, so in my content manager i am able to load the still of the audience but the video isn't their although when open the folder i see the wmv video files, i also copied this to my C drive still not working, not sure what to do.

Kindly ensure this is the path on drive C where you copied the videos to:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Reallusion\Template\iClone 5 Template\iClone Template\Props\BackgroundAudience\VIDEO
as this is the path the prop looks for. If that does not correct your problem, you can also reload the video (both the diffuse & opacity) via the modify panel for the prop, pointing to the video's location. For additional assistance, please email to granny@grannyjs3dattic.com Thank you.

Hello-
There was a glitch during an update of the RL's servers that caused any issue with many developer's contents. The issue was quickly fixed by the RL team & the content has been resent to purchasers as gifts. Kindly check your Message Center and Marketplace inventory & download the pack titled "THANKSGIVING DINNER". That should solve your content issue.

If you go to the pack page on my storefront at:

near the bottom of the page is the link to open the READ ME FILE. Just click on it & it will open in your browser.
The videos are included in the pack but file extensions must be changed PRIOR to bringing the iProps into your scene.

You open the entire room, then in the scene manager on the left, you select the Lamp Fire Truck and then click on the "+" sign at the top of the scene manager panel. This will save the lamp as a separate prop.

Please note - Some props in this store require sound files (.wav) and video bump files (.avi) to be thoroughly realistic.
