Hello :)
I just got two sets. One is the desert oasis 3 and one is the rocky mountains. I thought to get the terrain with the props. Did I make a mistake there? Is it just the props, or must I look in a certain folder to find the terrain, sky, etc? Thank you, Claudia

Hi! Robot_02 looks for animations in D:\Reallusion Custom\Custom (etc.) but the installer puts it into C:\public\public documements\reallusion\template\iclone 7 template\motion\robot
Is it possible to get the model to get the model to point at the installed files or do I have to put them on a D drive?

I bought the Scifi Turrets and it says that they multiple mesh layers for animation. However, each turret Has only one mesh so I cant see how they can be animated..

hi, my name is Junior, i´m from Brazil, i would like a 3d model for Iclone sofwtare. What programa do you use to do that?
I have character in JPEG file. What i need is create a 3D from this model and rig it. I need detalis inside the mouth like teeth, tongue etc... I need the facial bones because i´ll animate it using IClone software. DO you create a personal model?

I've animated a soldier from the the futuristic soldiers pack with the export license for iClone. I just want the animation I made to be available with the model in 3DExchange 6. How do I do this?

Viper Scout..
Watched Wolfzone review and it says you cannot remove the gun from the Viper Scout. Since the Gun is supplied separately why not remove the fixed gun from the viper scout. All we have to do is attach to viper scout and the gun is applied.

I bought your robot 2 pack. I have the Warlord guns as well. How do I get the guns to work with robots as shown in video. Also motions persona does not work. I have to use regular motion folder w/imotion files.

Hi, Dexsoft, I wanted to make a suggestion. I am not certain if you read your comments because you do not respond to them, but if you do, is there any way you can put your props in Reallusion's marketplace? Reason why, when bought from your store here the props do not download into a personal file. The props are scattered everywhere. In the content store, the props download into a file. I want to purchase old basement and modern city 1.

Bought your Medieval Interiors pack. Congratulations for high quality of your products.

I was looking at the dexsoft content packs. Some appear to have doors that can be opened, and others do not. I need to be able to open and close doors almost all my videos. The modern themes and fantasy pack. The doors in almost all appear to be closed with a few exceptions.

I am so glad you are finally on Backstage. I love your props and I looking forward to you uploading the props from your Vehicle Junkyard and Street Drivers packs. I am a fourth grade teacher of science and history, and my students love your work. I will be purchasing from your store by next week.
