Hello, I purchased your Goddesses of War pack, and all but the Greek Goddess has their sheaths as separate sheaths. The avatars come with it, but the separate accessory is missing. Can you please send me the sheaths for the Greek Goddess in all the color formats? Need it for a project I'm doing (Athena, Goddess of War). Thanks in advance! 👍👍

Hi, thank you for bringing that to my attention. I have fixed the issue. If you are using smart gallery, refresh the page and it will allow you to update the pack and just download the 3 sheaths that are missing.

Hi, just bought the Samurai Wakizashi R-Waist sword. It appears on my character on his hip. Is there a way to unsheath the sword and have my character wield it? (Sorry, first time buying an asset and the product page made me assume that you can take the sword out of the sheath). Thanks!

Hi edpark. Can you please send me a screenshot of the issue. Each sword should be separate from their sheaths. Which i also just checked. There is no sheath, it is just the sword. The sheath is sold separately. To put the sword in the characters hand. You just need to move it and in the modify tab, change the attach parent from the waist to the hand. You can send the screenshot via the forums or directly to azazel_d2@hotmail.com

What base content do I need in order to use the vampire morphs? cant find it anywhere

The base content are the morphs, which are included in each individual pack for each vampire. And all of them are included in the full pack. So you do not need to purchase anything else. The clothing in the pictures are not included and are for demonstration purposes only though

I currently don't do any custom or requested work. I'm still slowly learning and just creating what comes to mind as i learn. Best place would be to ask on the forums, i'm sure there are some developers that would be able to accommodate a scary scarecrow. Sorry i can't help with that.

Hi, I have headshot plugin and just tried it with my morphs. If applying the headshot to an already morphed character the headshot basically reshapes the head. But it does work if you do the headshot first, and then apply the morph. I can send you some screenshots, but can't do it through this messaging system.

Fantasy mega morph pack. We have essential skins already so that should be okay. we are using CC3. Will the morphs and everything work with that???

Hi deidrereaystudios, as long as you have the Essential Morphs and Skins Pack, it should still work fine in CC3. Just reset the base character to full default and the sliders will work fine with the CC3 base.

If you purchased through the content store. You will need to contact Reallusion for a possible refund. If you purchased through the marketplace, there is no option for us to give a refund. I can however offer something else on my marketplace store of the same value.

Hi Reaper,
After long time and ping pong game with the real "Illusion" support, we are unable to improve the situation.
I have lost my confidence in the market place and this "Trial mark"system.
It seems that nobody was able to manage this trial mark, it seems to be a mark of "God or evil".
What is Strange is that in you tube we can find free Avatar without trial mark, and in Market place, you pay but you have a 50 50 chance to loose your money.
But, I wish you all the best for the new year

After deep analyze with the reallusion support, it seems that the problem is regarding the Asian_female from reallusion

But unfortunately, it is unaivalable for purchase.
I have from my side some asian_female files, but not sure that were the good one.
I will wait for the reallusion support answer.

I believe the bug may be either on your side or a reallusion bug. I have downloaded the content on my side and it all looks fine. Before contacting reallusion support i'd recommend the following. Reboot your modem, reboot your PC, redownload the content pack again and reinstall. There could have been an interuption during download/install. Hope that helps.

Hi xourel. Please try and run the content verification. Also do you have the required base content? The clothes are edits from Reallusions Fantasy Playset - Assassin's. And the CC essentials morphs and skins?

It's hard to see the content once it's loaded in that video. Does the content while in iclone display with Trial watermarks all over the screen? Or is it just the avatars displaying as trial in your content library?

Well, it's definitely not my connection. Here's a youtube video documenting the problem: https://youtu.be/5Y7Dr4zWb88 My concern about putting in a support ticket is that Reallusion always says "it's a content provider problem." Any ideas other than that? I deleted the content files and redownloaded prior to filming the youtube video.

Do you have the latest updates for iClone and the content downloader. Apart from all i have suggested you may need to contact reallusion support. As there is no issues on my end that i can see.

I have just tested the characters on my end and all are loading correctly. I recommend doing the following:
1. Go to help in iclone and run the Content 1-Click Verification. Test if they are still showing as trial.
2. Download and Install overwriting the originals. Test if they are still showing as trial

Thank. The superhero characters where based off reallusions motion dummy and have all the same features as it. The avatar proportion button in the modify panel will allow you to alter the size of it.
The shrink from the video was camera trickery. Zooming out to make the atom look like he was shrinking.

Cool, let know me know. I also thought about using an opacity image. I tried to resize the body to make it smaller than the CC head but didn't lik ethe result. Perhaps yours looks better

I realy love the dummy presets!! I have a question/request. Any chance of getting a headless dummy via an opacity file or a different dummy model? I can attach an CC Avatar and use it as a character.
