I PURCHASED the Camera Crew plugin at Reallusion Marketplace. After installing, I get a "The-any-Key Login" error screen asking for email and Passord. Since I purchased, why am I not getting past a trial login, and HOW do I get past it? Thanks.

Also make sure you don't use the download arrow in the marketplace (where the buy button is) as it only download the trial version. Hover the mouse over it and it will show "trial download". Go to top menu>your icon>Inventory list>Plug-in and download it from there.

Did you have the trial version of Camera Crew installed before you purchased it? In that case you can do a clean install to make sure the trial version is gone (https://youtu.be/Kpl_SrYLpww). Else contact support@theanykey.se and we will figure this out.

Try close iClone, download Super Bone Editor from the marketplace to get the latest version and install it, double click on Open Plugins\SuperBoneEditor\failsafe.bat, double click on iClone to start it. If that don't work. double click on Open Plugins\SuperBoneEditor\log.bat and send a screenshoot to support@theanykey.se

Hello The any Key, The current situation is, that it is impossible to install the Plug ins Music Move and Bone Editor. I've tried to follow the instructions on Youtube. Without any success. Do you need a Screenshot(s)? I think I need a step by step support. I would be very grateful for your help. Thanks!

Strange, first you can try just to extract it without the admin mode. If that fail try just extract it anywhere (ex to the desktop) and then move the extracted MusicMove folder on the desktop to the iClone openplugins folder. The admin mode is just so we can move it to the program folder, as the program folder is protected and often refuse you copy files to it.

Hello again, A little confused. The download does not have an exe. I purchased it on Marketplace because it is not on the Content store. I tried several times, no luck. I guess it would be to much to ask for it to be user friendly. What a waste of time and money. You would have more customers if the plugin was not so difficult to install and use. I will not be purchasing any other of your plugins. To bad someone could not teach you how to make them easier. Thanks and good luck.

Hi. The RL plugin marketplace and content store for Python plugins only support .zip files. So if you bought it from the marketplace, you go to the marketplace page and download the zip there. If you bought it from the content store, you go to your order history and download the zip there.

Hello, my problem is, that I cannot find "The any key" under "Plugins" in iClone 7. Why? I purchased the "Music move" and the "Super Bone Editor". iClone installed all of it, cause I started iClone in the administrator mode, and I´m sure that the Installation of the Plugins were successfull. Why doesn`t show me the plugins menu in iClone "The any key". Thank you for your support.

Note that if you bought it on the content store you download it from your order history. And if you bought it from the marketplace you download it from the Camera Crew marketplace page.

Sorry. I re-registered, opened with the admin, and I still get the same message. When Reallusion decides to release Python plugins like yours that are compatible with the normal (not the developers) version of iClone, then I'll be a customer. Otherwise, it's too much of a headache.

Sorry to hear. I have tested the login system here like a maniac and register, change password and it works every time. I checked with other users and they can login just fine. Hopefully Reallusion will integrate their own trial system in the future that can be used.

Nope. I appreciate your concern, but I just downloaded version 1.3 and it doesn't work either. Is there a possibility to send me my password by email? Moreover, is it necessary to ask for a password at all for a trial version? I'm about to give up.

And you started iClone in admin mode after you installed the 1.3 version? I can't send your password because I don't know it. But I can reset your account so you can register it again. Will do that now. Remember that you now need to type in your email, password and press register and click the link in the mail. Go back to iClone and click login. The account is used to track the 30 day trial period.

I start in admin mode. I have the plugin "MoveThatCamera_1_2_4_Trial" Password reset still doesn't work. I get a window saying: "Failed to login. Plugin credentials are wrong".

Ok. That explains it. You should have Move That Camera version 1.3. Version 1.2.4 got a login bug. Try re-download from the marketplace or download the trial here: https://the-any-key.itch.io/move-that-camera

Tested the password reset and it works fine here. Make sure you start iClone in admin mode (right click iClone and start as administrator) the first time you login or change password.

Ok. So you got the email to reset the password and can click the link in the email. But don't get to the page where you can reset the password? Or you can reset the password and when you try the new one it still say it is the wrong password?
