There is a suggestion, but if the number of contents submitted by the developer is too large, why not show it in a diary etc. by e-mail or the developer's name so as to reduce it. Also, if the content does not pass or fail by yourself, why not check with Mr. Reallusion and make a test frame for it? Tell bigboss Alley about that. It is bilingual Japanese and English.

Alley, you know that Character Creator 3.2 and all the software know it, but you can update it. And it works normally. By updating, new characters of Character Creator 3 will be displayed in the up position. Please examine it.

Hello,
i have bought the package "Mr Pose Faces ". I have problems with it . It does not work to apply the character that has a mouth on the base model . It collapsed the program every time. And also have problem with the facial motion,it does not work to make a facial motion. What it is the solution to make it work? Thank you .

Please write me at alley@iclonealley.com and try to be specific...I have downloaded the character into iClone 6 and I am able to animate the mouth with the puppet - you can't apply the head to G6 but maybe you know that - anyway please write and be specific on what the issue is. Thanks.

What is the direct connection between Base Contents, Character Creator, Character Morphs and stylized character morphs.
Because checking on the specifications, requires at least the base contents to begin any operations.

I am working on an iClone 6 video of first century Israel. Caftans and tunics for men, women and children are required plus Roman clothing as well. As I understand, Clone Cloth is unusable in iClone 6. What would it take to create morphing Soft Cloth for costumes for Character Creator?

Hello,
on 1/21/2014 we bought the avatar "Johnny Soprano - G5 Character" as content license (Order-ID 10127691). We now wanted to upgrade to export license. The prob is now that we will be charged with the full amount instead of Quote:"If you already own the content and would like to upgrade......This amount will be deducted from your total in the next step.
Could you give us a hint how to solve it that we only be charged the difference amount between the content and export license?Regards Tom

Are you certain that if you go to the next step, that it won't show the difference? If you proceed to checkout, it should show the difference. You still have an opportunity to cancel the order after this step..so add to cart, select export license and then go to checkout...the difference should be applied then and you still can decide at that point whether to proceed with the purchase. Let me know.
