Abandoned Industrial Site by Pixel Landing

This package allows you to build a complete abandoned industrial site or military base. There are 86 unique models included, along with one complete scene prop as per the promo.

Each individual prop has high quality diffuse and normal. The scene prop is loaded with diffuse maps only so that it could be uploaded. If desired, you can save the normal maps from the individual props and add them in the full scene, however, for full shots using the complete scene, the normals are not really necessary. Use them for closeups.

The scene prop is set up with all items as sub-props, so they can be resized or moved if desired. Pivots are set to bottom centre of each subprop also.

This asset works very well with the Toon Filter to give it a cartoonish look if desired.

Also included are 4 different gound textures supplied as planes. The textures of each ground plane are fully tileable. See Promo 8. Note terrain in promos was for promos only and is not the included grounds in the pack.
