These are nothing more than appropriate cuts of the Nude CC Character to create basic bases for creating your own t-shirts, bustiers and tight pants. Yes, anyone with 3DXChange can extract these but this content saves you the time of rigging the cuts back on to the CC character bone structure (armature) and re-importing them into CC. If you want to save the time, buy them. If you don't, feel free to make your own.
Bonus: Also included is a CC Cloth Tights Base for making Tights and/or tight Pants with require Opacity Mapping work. The Tights base has a more uniform UV making it easier to Opacity Map.
