Bench Press
The Bench Press Pack contains 8 animations for bench pressing, a 190lb barbell that can be taken apart and the separate weights used as props or you can add more weight to the bar. The bench can be adjusted for a flat bench or incline bench press. The section of the bench that supports the barbell can be adjusted up or down for different heights that are needed for flat or incline benching.
