I must just add that I think you should test the object in iClone 8 soon since you advertise on marketplace that the it works with iClone 7 and above versions. The object doesen't work in my iClone 8, and that way it might not work in iClone 8 at all. If not, the customers don't get what they pay for.

I am a user at Reallusion, and bought the "Butterfly 12" prop from you a little earlier at the marketplace. It's a very fine object, suited me very well.

But you see the object and it's built in performance animations doesen't seem to work in my iClone 8, and I wondered if the new iClone 8 engine can be the problem. If you have tested it in the new iclone 8 upgrade and it works, please give me a message call, then I may do some big adjustments in the settings in my iClone 8 to get it to work properly. Or get myself a new butterfly:)

The issue with the object in iClone 8 starts when I'm on the timeline and click on the objects "performance" button that starts the butterflies different animations. My iClone 8 crashes after that, always. The object works fine in iClone 7.

If you could investigate the object and it's animation performance in iClone 8 to troubleshoot, I'd be very thankful.
