Cadogan Wig. I'm sad I didnt have some 17/18th century clothing to suit this hair for my presentation but I am going to do something to achieve that soon. I used the characters neck collision shape and stretched it in the x direction to prevent penetration. You will find this in Hair/Delerna/CadoganWig/
