CC Full Body Dress Base provides a new base for creating full length dress garments like full length skirts, long dresses, gowns and robes.

Includes:

1x CC2 Cloth Full Body Dress Base (with sample texture)

1x iC7 Sample Project (with adjusted character collision shapes and opacity map applied)

1x CC2/iC7 Body Opacity Map (helps remove body poke trough when applied)

These bases are intended as budget alternatives to the more detailed (but also more expensive) bases sold in the content store (like the essentials pack or the professional outfit pack) or some of the bases offered by professional content providers in the marketplace. These bases may not be as detailed but they are being offered at a considerably lower price.

Hints:

1. Poke through on the legs can be avoided by adjusting the Collection Shapes on the character. Ensure Collision is turned on for the lower legs and adjust the shape (typically capsule) to be larger than the actual lower leg. Since the camera is not likley to be under the dress erroring on the larger collision shape size will still look okay but if the collision shape is smaller than the actual lower leg then poke through may occur. 2. Poke through on body can also be handled as above but typically the body needs very accurate collision shape (since the cloth around the body is form fitting). As such an alternate solution is provided which avoids the need for accurate body collision shapes: Apply the provided opacity map to the character body. This will make parts of the body transparent and thus poke through of these parts will not be visible. However, this opacity map may need to be adjusted to match the opacity of the garment. For example, if the full body dress base is used to create a dress that has a cut-out in the mid riff then the provided opacity map will not be usable as is because there would be no skin showing through the cut-out. In such a case the body opacity map would need to be adjusted to include the mid riff section.
