Note:
When walking in the dress, it is important that Physics are enabled for the dress. Otherwise the dress will act like pants instead of a dress. I find that a more stiff material works better and typically a value of around 3.00 is needed for the Soft vs Rigid Collision parameter although this may depend on the movements being made.
