Historically (with minor variations depending on country and century), a hedgeknight is an annointed knight who does not own any land, nor do they owe fealty to any master and typically they are in a perpetual state of poverty. They rarely own a complete set of armor, as armor is very expensive. Often their first purchases will include a shield, a helm, a weapon (sword, axe or hammer), a shirt of mail and some sort of chest armor if they have money left for such an extravagance. They will travel the country to offer their services to wealthier lords, either acting as a bodyguard, fighting or keeping the peace. They are called hedge knights because often they sleep out in the open under hedges, meaning, they don't own their own manors or castles. In the hierachy of annointed knights, hedgeknights are on the lowest rung of the ladder, though their weaponry skills are often exemplary. The major difference between a sellsword & a hedgeknight is that the hedgeknight is annointed and sworn to protect the innocent, be just and act honorably.

The knight's chain mail shirt and jerkin underneath are 2 seperate cc cloth items. Use them together or use the chain mail over a different jerkin or shirt.
