Based on the T-shirt from the add-on clothing pack for CC Creator and the default Jean for the bottoms, this is a hospital type gown with ties at the back. The length was pulled in zbrush, therefore, only a plain colour works (prints will be distorted). This was a special request for a movie character.
Note, that with a normal walk, the legs will not poke through the shirt bottom - however - there will be issues with legs poiking through the bottom of the shirt in sitting poses. Use clever camera angles in this case.
Please note the head bandage is not included - it's a scarf from the Party Fun Pack by Reallusion. I will add it to the accessory folder of this pack but you will get watermark if you don't own the Party Pack. Or, you can purchase the bandage base by following the link for 100 points.
