These CC Cloth Tall Boots have a buckle band around the top, lacings at the ankle & a rugged sole. Boot #2 has a "Grim Reaper" decal - which you can change to any decal you'd like by simply changing the input images.

Use the Appearance Editor to change colors & textures to create a custom boot for your character.

NOTE: these boots are cloth layer #2 - however, some other clothing items you may choose may also use the same cloth layer, which will cause one or the other to "disappear" - easy fix - change the cloth layer # in CC.
