Thisi s a CC3 PBR Collar And Cuffs Set. It contains a metallic collar and (wrist and ankle) cuffs. The collar and cuffs have morphs to animate the opening and closing of the collar and/or cuffs. Bonus: The collar and cuffs are rigid accessories and thus need to be resized to conform them to different body shapes. A conforming version of the collar (wihout morphs) is provided for a more fitted look which automatically conforms to the body shape but, as a result, loses its rigid look.
