This base is nothing more than appropriate cut of the Nude CC Character to create a basic base for creating your own corsets and stockings. Yes, anyone with 3DXChange can extract this mesh but this content saves you the time of rigging the cut back on to the CC character bone structure (armature) and re-importing it into CC. If you want to save the time, buy it. If you don't, feel free to make your own.
