Dirty Room by SbbUtutuya

This package contains 60 props for making a room as shown in promos. The doors, ceiling lamp, closet door and windows are all set up with subprops so you can animate the doors opening, windows opening, ceiling fan spinning, etc. There are two base rooms supplied in different textures. One as shown and a more mossy look.

Poly counts are fairly low on all props. High res textures with normal maps on all props.

Also included: A furnished room set up in iClone. Prop is called DR_Furnished Room and the items in the room are attached to the room as sub-props.
