First of all, let me say I take great offence to your comment. Allow me to explain why. There are two ShopMart packs, and each share a number of props. The scenes themsleves are intentionally drawn for two different camera angles so you can create camera cuts in your project and film the same scene from opposing angles. However, the scene itself is still the same scene. Therefore, it is important for the sake of continuity that the props are the same for the scene. Had I not included the props, then people who only needed the second scene would be forced to buy the first scene to get the props. And then I would agree with you that this pack is "a rip off". Also, if I sold my packs without visually showing all the contents that are in it and you then purchased both packs to discover some of the content was doubled up, then I would agree that this pack is "a rip off". However I am ALWAYS VERY CLEAR to show EXACTLY what content you are paying for. I can only assume that you purchased both packs without looking at the title image which shows the content, because surely you would have seen that some of the props are included in both and you wouldve had the chance NOT to purchase this pack and NOT to feel it was a "rip off". The reason I am so offended by your remark is that by saying "this is a clear rip off" suggests that I intentionally tried to deceive customers, and you will find NO ONE who has better or clearer communication with their cusomters than me. I would NEVER want ANYONE to feel that ANY of my items for sale is a "rip off", so the best I can do here is to ask that you send me an email to garrypye@reallusion.com and I will IMMEDIATELY offer you a FULL refund on this item and then would ask that you do not not purchase any of my work again so never again make you feel RIPPED OFF.

Yes. I would most certainly appreciate it if you did not purchase my content again. Since you felt I was seeking to rip you off, Im not sure why you want to in any case. But I would prefer to just refund your money for this pack and we go our separate ways. This has nothing to do with ego. This has to do with good customer service. You felt ripped off, so I am offering you a full refund. Frankly Id prefer it if you just thanked me for my quality customer service and moved on. So far you have accused me of ripping you off and having an inflated ego. I am not generally in the business of supporting customers who insult me.
