For the Motorbikes simply hide RThigh, RShank, RFoot and RHand of your character and put it behind the Bike, link it.
The cars come with a B Version for Backside.
The cars are all located at Z +5 and the Backsides at Z -5 so character fits inbetween.
Be sure to load the cars by clicking, not dragging, otherwise position for Backside will be wrong.
Also deselect Car before loading CarB, it would simply replace the car. Link Car B to Car.
I also added an "exhaust" FX, scale as wanted and link to car, loop animation...
