Egyptian Guard ..... Old Kingdom.

This outfit has been created for use within Character Creator to cloth characters prior to sending to iClone for animation.

All texturing is done utilizing CC's Dynamic Appearance texture capabilities. The thongs, Shoulder cape and Shendyt all have RGB Masks to assist you texturing the clothes as well as weight maps for cloth flow in iClone.

Also included is a CC project with a Neutral Base character to assist you with setting up cloth flow in iClone.

1) load the project "EgyptianOldKingdomGuardAnimationTester" from projects\Delerna.

You will notice transparency on the skin. This is only a neutral base for demonstration so I didnt worry about super accuracy on this.

2) Load each of the cloth items onto the character from Cloth\Coats\Delerna\Capes\ .... Cloth\Skirts\Delerna\Shentyt\ .... Cloth\Others\Delerna\Headgear\ .... Cloth\Shoes\Delerna\

3) Send the fully clothed character to iclone.

4) Go to frame 60 and tell the character to dance gracefully and it sould look the same as on my video.

It already has Heidi's persona, collision shapes as I set them up for my promo video and also the cloth physics settings that I used.

So you can use those as a guide for your actual characters that you put these clothes on.

Also, you can save the collision shape ini file from this character and load it onto other characters. You will probably need to scale the shapes a little bigger.

You may even find better ways to set the collission shapes up than I did?
If you dont want cloth flow on the Shoulder Cape then remove the weight map

For some reason the headgear has the same Dynamic appearance editing as hair, even though I brought it into CC as cloth.
I am looking into why that is so I can use RGB Masks to assist with texturing when I do more detailed headgear than this one.
There are 3 vesions of the Shendyt. 1 for Neutral base , 1 for Male Base and 1 for Heavy Male for better cloth conforming to different size characters.

There is also now some nice textures available developed by Alley at Fashion Alley.

The texture images below are not in the pack. They are just showing some simple re-texturing capabilities within CC using the Appearance Editor.
