This is the Flipper Paddle Set by Cricky.

This Pack contains an incredible set of 10 high quality animated Props including one large Flipper Board Panel similar to the Arrival/Departure Information Panel found at the United Kingdom Heathrow Airport, 8 different Flipper Boards (Weekdays, Letters, Months, Numbers, 2x Countdown, Status, Symbols) and a Paddle Book demo.

These props allow you to create any amount of messages or signs using perform commands available by right-clicking each prop. Adjust the timing by opening your timeline and choosing to stretch or shrink the animation speed. Offset, Group, change the textures, whatever you need to do to fulfill your needs inside a scene. A Sample Board is included for placement of the individual or grouped paddle flappers, use as needed. Each Paddle can be duplicated and spaced as need to spell out phrases or words, then saved as a single prop.
