Hi reality queen, sorry these characters are just props and can only perform the one embedded motion. They are not avatars so none of the extra motions can be added to them.
Do they do their walking / sitting animations. Are you using iClone 8, I don't have 8, so have not been able to test on that version. :)

No they dont do their embedded motion. I use iClone 7. when I try to add the perform command it says "Error adding the perform command" for example "BigGroup_Take 001", maybe the embedded animation is not installed?

Hi Reality Queen, Sorry taking so long to get to your issue with the HD groups. Might sound like a silly question to ask, but have you pressed the play animation button on your project when you have loaded the HD group.

Anyway I have tried to duplicate your issue - (changed from PhysX engine to Bullet Engine) but they worked in both cases. Maybe you could try that - Go to Edit -> Project settings -> Scroll down to Global Physics Settings and select the one that is not selected -> exit Project settings by clicking the X in the right hand corner. If that does not work, don't forget to reset your global setting back to the one you were already using.

One more quick question, which version of windows operating system are you using. As I don't have Windows 11, so could not test on that.

Anyway Reality Queen, Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. As way to compensate you for your custom, please got to my Store and select any one other item that you don't already have, and I can gift that to you, if I can remember how I do that again. I will try to gift you the HD groups again and see if they work for you. Let me know out of curiosity if they do.

thank you! I use Windows 10, it works now for one time without adding the perform command, but for longer scenes > 15 seconds, I can not animate them again?
Anyway thanks for the gift I would like to get "Animated Seated Passengers"

Hi Reality,
Quick Tutorial to make animation last as long as you like. I assume you are familiar with iclone timeline.
1. Highlight walking group on screen.
2. Click show timeline (beside frames numbers.
3.On the dropdown select Object Related track.
4.Pick animation (should see Animation /Layer.
5. You'll see the animation line in the timeline.
6. Place your pointer at the end of that line and you should see an arrow with a + sign appear.
7. You the click / double click the end of that line and that adds extra time to the animation.

Hope you can make sense of this and it helps you out.

You can do this with most animations and it helps add extra frames or if you drag the end of the animation line it will slow down animations. Check your private emails - let me know if you got the download.
