Just drop the "Complete Train on Track" iProp into your scene and press the play button - the wheels turn on the locomotive and on every coach-car; the train goes around is track while the locomotive stack spews smoke and its headlight flashes on and off.

Even the 2-sided Jolly Fun Railroad banner sign is animated and gently moves in the breeze.
