The "Lake-Town" collection of  low-polygonal assets is intended for interior and exterior shots, both PBR and toon-shaders in iClone8. The textures of the assets are convenient for overpaint.
The collection includes:
-- "Green Dragon Tavern" -- exterior and interior filming.  The doors, are sub-props and can be animated. For daylight shooting light sources in the lanterns can be turned off or removed. Furniture not included, you can use props from the "Burg" collection to furnish the tavern. 
-- "Fisher's House" -- exterior filming.  The boat, doors, woodpile, baskets, barrels, fish are sub-props and can be moved or removed; doors can be opened. For daylight shooting the glowing ovals in the round windows and the lamps in the lanterns can be turned off or removed, and the opacity of the "T_fake_interior" material set to zero. 
-- "Hunter's House" -- exterior filming.  The doors, woodpile, baskets, barrels, hunting prey,smoking oven are sub-props and can be moved or removed; doors can be opened,. For daylight shooting the glowing ovals in the round windows and the lamps in the lanterns can be turned off or removed, and the opacity of the "T_fake_interior" material set to zero. The demo frames and the clip were shot with the iClone8 renderer.
-- "Bakehouse"  -- exterior filming.  The doors, woodpile, bridge,baking oven are sub-props and can be moved or removed; doors can be opened,. For daylight shooting the glowing ovals in the round windows can be turned off or removed, and the opacity of the "T_fake_interior" material set to zero. 
-- "Small Wooden House"  -- exterior filming.  The doors, are sub-props and can be animated,. For daylight shooting glowing squares in the windows can be turned off or removed. 
-- "Small Half-Timbered House"  -- exterior filming.  The doors, are sub-props and can be animated,. For daylight shooting glowing squares in the windows can be turned off or removed. 
-- "Fishing Boat" -- exterior filming. Anchor ring, rowlocks and paddles are subprop and can be animated separately or removed.
