This free prop called a Light Cube, consists of four sets of point lights wrapped in a pipe, thus called a light pipe, all attached to a box. Each set of light pipes contains a red, blue, green and yellow light pipe. While this prop is free, you will propably want to buy the Python script for 400 points ($4 dollars). I will update this description with the link to the Light Cubes Controller.py as soon as I know. If for any reason I forget, search the Market Place for a Plug-in called Light Pipes Controller.
