The Martian Manhunter has been meshed from a single character and the cape is an actual extended portion of the neck/back/shoulder mesh.  The boots are from IC7/CC3.  I was inspired by a DC movie I watched last night and I hope that you will enjoy this character just as much as I did modeling it.
