6 flying cars and 8 simple (no eye or mouth animation) characters

The vehicles have a light on and light off sprite and a thruster

and the police vehicles have a rotating police light plus muzzle flashes for the gatling guns

The drivers have no legs so you don't have to hassle with them,

you can use almost every (non root) CTA animation on them.

A huge (made out of 2 x 30000x900 images), I call it "Ultra", scrolling background

You best use the scrolling background with a brandnew project, it will fit perfectly in your screen.

To adjust speed go to transform of "Ultra_01" and select the second keyframe at the end of timeline.

If you want to slow down, you will need to add more frames on timeline in project settings ("End Frames")...

You also get two wirling wind FX, the basic thruster (change color with Hue in Render Style) and the 2 muzzle flashes
