I bought and tested this Alien character yesterday and was really impressed!
The face profile set up is brilliant - The CC3/4 facial morph sliders provides unique expressions, making the character more believable and giving him his own personality. The textures are also really high quality and looks amazing in Omniverse and Unreal.
The fact that any Realluison clothing or animation can be dragged and dropped onto the character makes this model a lot more user-friendly. It’s much easier to work with than the other bone rigged, non-standard or non-human monster character in the Marketplace.

I bought your AlienZ but no matter what I do
it persists saying that I have Trial version.
I tryed to activate the entire CC3.44 content to try to hit this,
but stil it is flaged as TRIAL.... What to do ?

Yes, this has happened occasionally with older versions of CC3 because the license information is not updated correctly. I recommend trying one of the recommended "refresh" procedures:
Uninstall the trial version of the product (if you used it before purchase).
Then click on the following options in the Menu:
Help/Activate Purchased Items
Help/Activate Entire Library
In the "Smart Gallery" in the products folder, try clicking on the "refresh" icon (rotating arrows).
You should see the purchased product in the items
Download the purchased version of the product.
If the newly downloaded product still behaves like the permanent version, you will need to contact Reallusion support. They will usually respond immediately and help you solve the problem.
(The problem is not with the product itself, but if you don't have time to solve the problem with Reallusion, you can ask for a refund and cancel the product).

I work still with iClone 7 and CC 3.40, and apparently these characters are Ok for these tools, but after my purchase and trying to use them, the system marks them as Trial and with the watermark, indicating missing elements to acquire, but unidentified (!?) What's the matter? Thank you

I'm sure you don't need anything else. When the product needs anything else besides the product itself, it detects these missing add-ons and they are then listed in the description of the Reallusion Marketplace/Content itself. As you can see, you don't need anything additional to get the product up and running and fully functional. The problem is with the iClone 7/Character Stutio 3 software itself and its synchronization problem with the purchased license it currently has. No one has had a similar problem with my products so far and I have no feedback on how to proceed. This will need to be addressed directly with Reallusion support, they usually respond within 8 hours. Unfortunately, I don't have any other tools to help/advise. However, this bug needs to be reported and resolved and if not, Reallusion should be fully compensated.

I assume you are logged in CC3/IC7 under the initials with which you bought the product, I read on the forums that this can sometimes be a problem.
When you click on a scene, there are products that lack licenses marked in purple in the text. See which parts are marked as such (and are therefore perceived as trial versions) when you load an RM3D product into a clean scene. Is it all purple, or just some parts?

I tried to delete all components of the Avatars, including eyes and teeth, but the watermark remains always. I have also requested to release all the material from the Smart Gallery, even reload the purchase, but nothing works.

I will delete all the material to recover the 4 GB of the installation (when one is dedicated to audiovisual production always goes low on memory!) Since I never officially value Reallusion products, the incident will not be made public, and will remain between customer and supplier.

I'm really sorry for the problems and the waste of time that you have incurred. Anyway, if I understand correctly, you don't want to ask Reallusion support to solve this problem. Definitely ask for a refund for products that Reallusion does not correctly interpret as purchased. This will not cause you any financial loss. Again, I have had positive experiences with Reallusion in this regard, they have always refunded the payment (and it was not a major problem).
