Rundown Suburbs by Sinister Games

This suburb neighborhood has been sadly neglected..or perhaps its the result of war or other apocalyptic event. Clearly it was once a beautiful neighborhood - who knows what events caused it to become so sadly forsaken.

The pack is supplied as 3 scene modules that can be used individually or combined for one larger scene. It is supplied with lawn and street planes as sub-props, you can remove them and add your own terrain. Add some wilted grass and other assorted props supplied to further enhance the look of destruction. Several destroyed and run-down props are supplied with the pack.

Additionally, there is a single furnished house that you can use for indoor scenes - the front wall and garage parts are sub-props that can be made invisible. The door can be animated. All inside props are sub-props, as well as fences, etc.
