This is a Morph based Shoe Construction Set for Real Wear Shoes.

With this Shoe Construction Set you can make anything from running shoes, to dress shoes, to high heel shoes, to hiking boots, to knee high boots, to slippers usable with any series of Avatars (i.e. G3, G5 or G6).



Real Wear clothing, including these shoes, is clothing that is created as props and attached to the character instead of being created in the character mesh.

There are a number of advantages to using Real Wear clothing over traditional character mesh clothing:

1. Real Wear clothing, including any Real Wear Shoes made with this Construction Set, can be put on and taken off. (This is not possible with character mesh based shoes)

2. Real Wear clothing can have textures, materials and colors applied without having to edit the character textures. This means different characters can wear the same shoes without having to modify the mesh/texture for each character.

3. Since Real Wear clothing are props, they can be resized to fit almost any character. Compatible with all type of characters (G3, G5, G6 and CC) because the item is a resizable prop.


This Shoe Construction Set provides two basic shoes (a left and right shoe) which are based on Chuck's running shoes. However, each of these basic shoes has 14 different morphs that can be applied (through Face Puppet) to the shoes to make all kinds of different shapes and sizes. By blending multiple morphs even more masterpieces can be generated. Combined with the application of custom textures, materials or colors the number of possibilities is endless.

Real Wear shoes are best applied over a nude character base or at least a nude foot base.
