Sofa was made with Physics and Morphs to interact with characters while they are sitting down.

Sofa furniture comes with 6 styles as Material Plus files. To apply appropriate style, navigate to Media > Material Plus, then drag and drop material to the sofa back cusion in viewport.
In addition there is a set of 2 Books and Tea Cup/Saucer included with the package as pictured.
There are 4 dummy objects are attached to the sofa. Those are for making collision shapes to assist in proper dress draping. See the video for details.
