Prop was created in Earth Sculptor and has a 4096 x 4096 diffuse map with normal. Note the prop is supplied as a flat prop, however, the height can be adjusted using the scale tool and hills and valleys will be created as shown in the promos. This prop is an ideal terrain base for the Abandoned Industrial Site by Pixel Landing, however, it can be adjusted and used as a terrain for any scene you desire.
