TransMatter v5 Emitter! This one's more of a magical themed TransMatter beam (being all colourful and swirly. I think it's kinda cool.)
It utilizes two dummy props, the second is animated to move the Legacy Particle Emitters up and around.
Use the Emitter Prop by accessing the Perform command (right click to see that) and select "Transmat!"
