No animation experience necessary to use this prop or YOU CAN MOVE, REPOSITION or REORIENT each peep in the crowd with the "Edit Animation Layer" tool. Make your own custom crowds to fit your needs. Apply the Crowd Idle motion first or else the Peeps will return to their default position and orientation.
