Sorry for the bad experience you encountered.

I think Reallusion has corrupted my file when they transfer the file from the old path to the CC3.4 Legacy path.
Actually, the forum suggests that some CC old file has the same problem after the recent window update.

The good news is I have the source OBJ backup in CGTrader, which allows me to redo the hair in the CC3.4 smart hair version.

The Bad news is that it takes time to redo the hairstyle.

Hi again, sorry to inform you that the update you did came out all grey with a red hair band instead of black hair with purple side hair and a black elastic.

The updated version looks great though. But I don't think it is the color your intended to upload.

Honestly, I'm intending to do so, because I add the new function 'Smart Hair shader', users could dye the hair within a second using the parameters under the shader setting, and change the band with black diffuse in the material setting box. In contrast, changing from black to red(R/G/B) is impossible, the original idea is to give you the ability to change the style in a flexible way.

Anyway, I will change it for you.

Ah I see. I really like the original design you did with the two colors. Black and Dark Purple on the side. I was really looking forward that one. This version does not have this anymore, but I do really appreciate that you added this new function.

While in grey mode it look amazing, I've been trying to play with the "smart hair shader" and turning it to black and somehow the look is not as good as the original sample picture you have.

Also just in case you might have missed it, when in Black we can notice that behind one of the ears, the hair seems really thin and we can see the scalp colors.

I would really be grateful if you could add the two color characteristics and add more hair to the back of the ear where it is too thin.

Plus I also bought YC-VisualRock-Hair02 which is a bit a difference hair style, but is white and purple. Since it is already white, perhaps it would be better to add the "Smart Hair Shader" on that version instead? You could update it at the same time so "Reset the conformity" could work, because right now it's conformity reset doesn't work.

If your character is too stylish, the conform function in CC software itself may not work, even with the official reallusion hair. CC3.4 itself has a problem, the comfort function is
not work with all CC long hair.

Reallusion doesn't respond to me on this matter, as I have a conflict of interests, I can't complain with the people who authorize my content to sell. But I have no way to fix their system.

For the rendering setting, I used below: Resolution =HD1080p
Enable Super Sampling (High 3x3)
Enable High Quality DOF
Enable Optimize with Full Screen Render

One of the image I used iray rendering.

In Preference, I only used Default setting with maximum Texture size = 2048x2048)

4K textures only available in 2020 released products.

MY PC used GTX1050ti, which I adjusted the quality to maximum. If using ADM graphic card, system driver need to update with activating virtual super resolution.

Besides, please be reminded to use the following instructions for better visual quality:
1. Go to Modify panel ＞ Conform ＞ Disable Conforming ＞ Reset to default ＞ Enable Conforming ＞ calculate collision.
2. Change PBR to Digital human hair.
