I have installed iClone and saved your motions in both formats that are available. Neither of the formats ( on your product) will work will CT4. I have many motions in my database – both formats – and they all load and work as expected. Your pack does not. Not one of your files will load. I have downloaded them 3 separate times now and spent ages trying to get this product to work. It is clearly not going to work therefore I am asking for a full refund. Please make sure that the refund is in place in the next 24 hours. I have again looked at you claim that it is not your fault that the `site` advertises` the product as suitable for CT4. I have taken screen shots and the site makes no mention that this product will not work with CT4. You cannot pass the blame to them and expect me to be stuck with a product that will not work. It is up to you to sort out the problem with them. It is up to you to check that your product is being sold correctly. You have stated that the product is not for CT4 yet you also told me to change the format to an RL file. Why would you do that if you know the product won`t work in CT4????
