Hello, I purchased your ring set, and for some reason the morphs for the ring doesn't show up in CC3. It only comes a a Base Male morph only, with no other morphs included. Is there a way to the morphs to this ring so I can change it to fit the female finger with the diamonds? Thanks! LW

It should be noted that Morph Ring Set is listed as iC7 (with CC3 compatibility).

Sorry but the morphs are currently only available in iClone through the Morph Animator. However, once the ring is morphed in iClone, it can be returned to CC3 and will retain its morphs. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I have the CC Leather Vest (PBR) which shows me a watermark. I have seen it needs a base CC Cloth Base - T-Shirt
But I do not get that in my goods basket. Does not this exist anymore?

I'm sorry to send this to you again Sir. But could not find your reply. I want to purchase your cable/rope/wire, because I want to attached to a horse and the stagecoach drive. But this item requires base content for full functionality. Visit the product page to review the required base content. This is a physics enabled cable/rope/wire iProp. You can use the CC3 "Send Character To iClone" option to get the clothing from CC2/CC3 to iClone. As per my e-mail, I am trying to find why the Save To iCloth option, in iClone, is not longer available.

I just tested the content and it seems to work fine on my machine. The morphs are found under Actor | Body. There should be a sub-category of Body Parts.

I am trying to duplicate the problem but with the new Marketplace layout, I can't seem to be able to download my own content.
During install of the Body Parts content, can you verify which folders the Body Parts content is being installed to?
I have had many clients purchase this content and it was working fine.

I bought your physics enabled cable, and after following the setup instructions, it does not seem to work in IC7.
All of the links in the cable start rapidly flipping around and bugging out after the first several frames.
This is the one I had purchased:

I just tested the 3 sample projects that come with the cable and they all work fine. I even scaled the cable to 50% and 200% and it still worked fine. Without seeing you project it is hard to say but I am guessing that you are pulling the cable apart. If the two (or more points) that the cable is attached to are spread apart too far (i.e. beyond the length of the cable) the cable will fall apart.

Sorry about that. Other customers have not mentioned it. I am guessing the content is being copied to the Cloth folder and not the proper sub folder. I will fix that immediately.

This issue is discussed in the content description. By default CC starts with flat feet whereas the boots are high heeled. This is why the boots appear turned up in CC. When you import into iClone or export to other software just rotate the feet and everything should be fine. If I figure out how to compensate for this so that the rotation is not necessary, I will update the content but for now just rotate the feet.

A conversion of the CC Black Lace Bra and CC Black Lace Panties, sized for Gwen, have been sent to your account as well as all other RealWear customers. However, you will need a Nude Gwen to use them properly. Many Nude Gwen versions are available in the marketplace for as little as 100 DA points.

The problem with Real Wear is that it does not conform to character's shapes. With CC Cloth, if you change the shape of the character, the clothing also changes.

Unfortunately: No. My RealWear line was sort of a work-around when iClone did not have means (or had very limited means) to create your own clothing. Now that we have CC my RealWear clothing line is somewhat outdated. Having said that if you buy the Export License then you should be able to import into CC to convert it to CC Cloth...But I already have similar content created as CC Cloth so it is probably easier to just buy that. Was there anything in particular that you were looking for?

1. is it compatible with cc2?
2. does it work on opacity only or it add a closure to the amputated part of the body?

I have verified that the Amputation Set (as well as the Body Part Set) works with CC2 characters. However, as I mentioned, the cut edge is just a compressed mesh and thus not ideal for texturing. Having said that if all you are looking for is a red cut end, it would be fairly simple to exit the texture map and place red in the area of the amputation.

No video at this time. As far as I know the Morph should work in CC2. I can verify and let you know. It works on Morphs (not opacity). The "edge" will be fairly flat but not ideal for texturing (because the morph basically reduces the amputated part to a point which means that the texture will be similarly affected). If you need a close up of the cut edge then you will probably need to make a "cover" mesh to provide a uniform texture.

The Science Lab Containers now contains smoothed versions of the props. I left the originals in and added the smoothed version in case someone is already using the non-smoothed versions and does not want to change. Re-download the pack from your inventory to get the smoothed versions for free.

The Skydiver should appear in the Avatar section of iClone. You should be able to open the Avatar in either iClone or Character Creator.
Also note that when you download your purchased content, it should tell you what exact directory it saved it to. There is a default location for Reallusion content but this location can be changed when you install the Reallusion software.
BTW, once in Character Creator you can save the Jumpsuit as a base to make your own custom jumpsuits.
