The tunic includes a flow cloth physics weight map so the tunic will flow by default when you animate it in iClone. For best results you will need to adjust your characters collision shapes so the cloth reacts to the characters body shape well and then use the opacity map on the characters body to hide anything else that pokes through
I have included an iAvatar character that you can animate and check out to see one way of making the cloth not flow through the body.
