Ask before purchase
You may have a lot of questions before you purchase content. There is a “Product Q&A” section for each content (item /pack) page. You can leave your questions to the vendor directly to find out about the detailed specs or how it works. You will receive the response in your mail or in the same thread.
Rate & review a product
After you purchase a content item or pack, you will be able to rate it on a scale of 1 to 5. You can also leave the comment with the rating to praise or criticize the purchased product. Your opinion will become an important clue to other customers and can also provide additional support for a vendor with good products.
After-sales support
Once you have purchased a product in a vendor’s shop and you found a bug or defect, you can ask for support from the vendor. It is suggested that you leave a rating once you feel satisfied with the content you’ve purchased and the support you received.

If the vendor doesn’t reply to you or can’t help you appropriately, you can use the “Abuse System” (the mechanism will be available in mid July) to report abuse from the vendor. Reallusion will help moderate the issues and provide solutions for you.
